Micro/nano Scale Organic Light Emitting Diodes Fabricated Using Laser Interference Lithography And Photolithography

Conventional nanohole OLEDs are made of a shape hole using LIL, but a viewing angle problem has occurred and the EL characteristics have not been discussed in detail. Here we present solutions for EL characteristics and viewing angle issues with micro / nano striped OLEDs. LIL easily manufactures micro / nano-stripe patterns in different ways by manufacturing arrays of fine patterns using photolithography and then fabricating the nanopatterns in a single step development process through LIL. We discuss micro / nano striped patterning methods and device fabrication and analyze the optical and electrical properties of micro / nano scale OLEDs.
