Waste management in developing countries particularly in Morocco must be within the perspective of sustainable development including the basic principles put forward a viable environment (environmental degradation costs estimated in Morocco 8% of GDP) [1], maintaining the natural capital (eco-compatible waste) and biodiversity [2].The current analysis of the situation in developing countries has shown the difficulties of order institutional, organizational, technological and financial [3]. Consequently, this waste must be characterized to carry out their impact on the environment.
