Synthesis Of Characterization Polymer Based The Acceptor And The Donor For Ofet(organic Field-effect Transistors)

The development of organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) based on either small organic molecules or conjugated polymeric semiconductors and the impressive improvements in the electrical performances of these devices in the past decade may pave the way to realizing their uses in practical applications such as drivers for radio-frequency identification tags, large-area flexible displays, and more generally low-cost devices. The polymer appeared good solubility and enough thermal stability. We synthesized and characterized the connection between the molecular structure, and OFET device performances.
