The Development Strategy Of Ornamental Brick Shell: A Materialization Of Environmentally-friendly Materials

Only a handful of small business actors who want to get involved in the utilization of CPO waste processing, whereas the waste produced from the CPO processing is highly abundant. The objective of this research is to formulate the proper strategy to increase the value of ornamental brick shell as environmentally-friendly materials in green architectural treasury. The research method approach conducted in principle was qualitative approach. However, the instrument used to achieve these objectives was SWOT analysis. The result of this research demonstrates that factors of raw material, processing technique and technology, distribution and marketing, institution, allotment in architectural design, and green architecture principle, should all be considered in formulating the strategy for increasing the value of ornamental brick shell as a commodity.
