Analyzing The Impact Of Organizational Justice On Organizational Citizenship Behavior With The Moderating Role Of Power Distance

The objective of this research was to analyze the affect of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior with moderation function of power distance in Pakistan’s banking sector. The data was collected from the 250 employees through questionnaires. The result of 210 respondents reveals that informational justice and procedural justice have positive relationship with organizational citizenship behavior individual and organizational citizenship behavior organizational whereas interactional justice is linked only with OCBI. Distributive justice has association with neither with OCBI nor with OCBO. It has been founded that power distance moderates negatively between OCBI and procedural, interactional and informational justice and also moderates negatively between OCBO and procedural and informational justice.
