Additives Effects On Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) Materials Develloped Si And SiO2 Substrates

Additives as Antimony, Silver and gold doped ZnO/Si and SnO2/SiO2 were synthesized using spray technique. There were characterized owing to Electron Diffusion R.X (EDX), XPS and Impedance Spectroscopies techniques, Transmitted Electron Microscopy TEM associated to the simulated method such as SRIM to measure the reached depth and DFT to study structural and energies gaps. Our goal is to find the best conditions giving rise to crystals Sb-SnO2 and Ag-SnO2 and Sn-ZnO with small grains needed for nanosensor devises and nanoelectrodes for solar cells. With increasing the weight ratio of Ag-Sn , Sb:Sn and Zn-Sn and the annealing temperature, our samples are of large and small grains distributed with different homogeneity on the surface. Transmission Electron micrography (TEM) has been used for particles size determination along with all our samples investigation as mentioned on fig.1 and fig 2 The Ohmic contact allows us to investigate our samples using impedance spectroscopy. Our results show a good performance needed for gas nanosensors for environment control as well as others technological applications such as solar cells nanoelectrodes.
